Grant and his team completed 100 square meter extension of our home. This involved adding in an additional story under the existing home.

 

We consulted Grant before we had the architect start and this ensured we were fully aware of most of the potential budget breakers architects like to impose given we were opening up an existing house. Grant efficiently solved the tricky issues including holding up the original house during construction that the engineer and architect did not address.

Communication and forward planning are high on Grants list of priorities. This was important with our unconventional build especially with us living in throughout the process with four very young children. The finished product is excellent, we are a very satisfied family."
